The Dancing Pig does barbecue as only San Francisco can. We use seasonal, organic ingredients, and source locally whenever possible; it’s tastier, it’s heathier, and it’s better for our community and the environment. But more than that, we’ve chosen our favorite recipes from a diverse set of regional barbecue traditions and we’ve reinterpreted them, making them bolder - and dare we say better - than the originals. The dishes on this menu aren’t so different from a lot of San Franciscans: they weren’t necessarily conceived in the City by the Bay, but it’s only here that they’ve reached their full potential.
